Mindfulness Meditation

Your brain has two modes of operation, each of which uses different brain regions. The first mode is what some call "monkey mind" - the brain weaves stories involving you, the people you know, your future, and your past. It's like a movie that your brain is playing. This mode does not require a lot of resources to run and therefore it is an easy, low effort activity.

The other mode of operation is the direct experience. It puts your focus into the present moment and involves the external and internal signals coming to the brain. You are mindful of what is going on in real time in the world around you, as well as your inner world. The direct experience mode is a lot harder to sustain - sometimes even half a minute is too hard to do. Most people switch to the "movie" mode after less than 15 seconds.

Consciously and mindfully switching to direct experience teaches you to direct your focus at will and strengthens your attention "muscle." If you practice being mindful through direct experience, you are actually changing the structure of your brain. Studies show that it thickens regions that are involved with cognitive control and directing of attention.

Mindfulness Meditation gives you the easiest and fastest way to train your direct experience "muscle." It stimulates the brain with Alpha, Beta and SMR brainwave frequency variations, taking your mindfulness meditation to a whole new level.

Specifically crafted for this session - low and high perfectly timed variations of these main waves:

Instead of trying hard to sustain focus, your brain is already stimulated into the right brainwave state to do it with a lot less effort. Instead of taking weeks or months to reap the benefits of the mindfulness meditation, this audio gives you the same benefits in only a week of practice. If you listen to it regularly, over time your brain learns to sustain the desired focus on its own.

Mindfulness Meditation is about sitting, observing and accepting. Push the play button and let the tones tune your brain to a state of focused acceptance. Yes, thoughts will come. And yes, unwanted and negative thoughts will come too. However, when your brain is in that state, you can just observe without judging or being afraid. If you practice this meditation regularly, you will notice a lot of positive changes in your life. You have no control over the circumstances in your life but you have control over your attitude. This meditation will train you to observe but not be negatively affected by what happens around you. It will teach you to be able to fully enjoy the happy moments without escaping to worry out of habit.

Mindfulness Meditation is a great way to reach a place of acceptance and inner peace. From that frame of mind, you can look at your life with clarity and be able to see opportunities that you couldn't see before. You can start living your life from a place of stability, confidence and knowing your power. Mindfulness Meditation trains you to reach and maintain those states in your every-day life.

It is believed that the source of suffering is the attempt to escape from our current experience. It is the resistance to the circumstances in our lives that keeps us stressed and often unable to move to our goals and desires. Something as simple as acceptance and inner peace can trigger positive motion forward, where we are empowered, confident and steadily moving towards what we desire in life.
